Reenabled silent update install with a workaround for all users installs. 
Make CreatedBy and CreatedByURL fields in uplugin optional (fixes some mods not having them erroring when installing). 
Use apollo-link-scalars for dates (fixes profile names with all digits being saved incorrectly). Include all files in download progress message. Added mod name to download error message. No longer require dlloverrides on linux. New Steam library manifest format support. Animate updates available top bar color. Don't include dangling nodes for version check (fixes outdated dependency mods blocking updates, and self dependencies). 
Save manifest on error if not installing, enabling, or updating mods.Added dialog asking to disable outdated mods.If you already have Satisfactory Mod Manager installed, you don't need to download it again, it will auto-update. Download and run Satisfactory-Mod-Manager-Setup.exe (Windows) or Satisfactory-Mod-Manager.AppImage (Linux)
